Disclaimer

This disclaimer explains the limits of MatchDesk content and what users must check before publishing or relying on it.

Last updated: 21 May 2026

1. General information only

MatchDesk provides software tools for football clubs to create and manage matchday content. Information on the website, dashboard, help material, AI-assisted reports, and public pages is provided for general operational use only. It is not legal, financial, safeguarding, medical, tax, or professional advice.

2. AI-assisted reports

MatchDesk may use AI to help draft reports, headlines, summaries, and social copy from the details you enter. AI-assisted drafts can make mistakes, miss context, or phrase content in a way that is not suitable for publication. Users must review, correct, and approve content before it is published or shared.

3. Club responsibility

Clubs and account users are responsible for the accuracy, fairness, permissions, and lawfulness of the content they upload, generate, edit, publish, or share. This includes player names, youth player information, photos, sponsor logos, match details, quotes, venues, and any public report content.

4. Third-party services

MatchDesk relies on third-party services such as hosting, authentication, storage, payments, email, domain services, and AI service providers. We choose suppliers carefully, but we do not control every third-party outage, delay, policy, or external checkout experience.

5. No guarantee of results

We aim to help clubs publish better matchday content faster, but we do not guarantee publicity, sponsorship, revenue, search rankings, social media reach, media coverage, or specific commercial outcomes.
